Quicksupport Assign to me showing wrong user account
so we have a corporate license for teamviewer 11. I have created a Custom Quicksupport package. when i have a user goto my link and download and run my custom quickbsupport package it opens on their computer and shows under my quicksupport folder in my teamviewer. I click assign to me and try to connect to the end user. The message will come on their screen but it says its coming from my personal account i believe before we switched to corporate. its not showing my work email here. Any idea how to change this from happending?

i was able to get this resolved with teamviewer support, they had remove my personal user name from my account.
