Connection to remote machine disconnects frequently
We have Teamviewer v12.0.1394.37 installed on mac mini as a remote machine.
Our macbook also use the same version of Teamviewer to connect to remote machine, but the connection interupts many times per 5 -10 minutes or even less. After being disconnected, the account on remote machine is logged out completely.
I've tried deleting com.teamviewer.teamviewer.preferences.plist file on the HOST machine from the ~/library/preferences folder and then reboot but the problem is still persist.
Please help if you have any idea.

Hello @taitranevz,
Thank you for your message.
What you could try is to disable UDP during the connection to this particular device.
To do so, please open your TeamViewer client and go to:
Extras → Options → Advanced → Advanced network settings and untick Use UDP.If it does not help, please activate the UDP feature back again and open a ticket via: Open a ticket now!
Our support will be happy to help you out!
Cheers
