ServiceCamp not working


I'm making some tests in my company as we're evaluating the tool. 

I'm running some tests with different e-mail addreses and I cannot receive the tickets created. Can I get some help?

    Still not working. I've run some tests and I cannot receive any e-mail form Servicecamp. Neither the autoimatic reply or a direct ticket reply. Can someone help me?
