Generate reports based on Inboxes categories

Hello, 

We would like to have a reporting function where we can see number of tickets opened sorted by Inbox categories (so we can understand which issues that customers are most frequently having difficulties with). For example, ONE report for the month of May, showing that there are 3 opened tickets for "IT Issues", 4 opened tickets for "Visual Correction", 2 opened tickets for "Delivery Priority", etc.
