TeamViewer message prevent Mac shutdown / restarts

I have some customers (various versions of macOS and TV14) who complain that when they shutdown or restart their Mac are getting a TV box popping up stating something along the lines of remote control will no be possible. Some of them can click "ok" to close the box, others can't.

Is anyone else seeing this and is there a fix?
