Rendering issues

I am experiencing issues with certain things not rendering. I do some design work in an application that rhymes with moto-hop (attempt to keep from having the name redacted) but there is some bug that prevents me from seeing my canvas. I also noticed it causes issues in random windows like the Apps & features settings window. When in the Apps & features window, I am unable to scroll through the lists of apps installed. I can see the scroll bar moving on the right side but the apps never move. I have to make sure the scroll bar is at the top of the slider and then I can type into the search list. If the scroll bar isn't at the top of the slider when you click in the search box, you will actually be clicking somewhere else of the screen.
