No validation E-mail received
Hello
I'm trying to get an email adress activated for a TeamViewer account that I have created a few weeks ago. However, even having asked to re-send the activation email multiple times, I don't receive one. I am positive that the email address is correct and also nothing ends up in my spam folder.
I created a ticket with Teamviewer (ID removed due to privacy) 21/06/2019 on June 21, 2019 but still no answer despite 2 reminders.
So I have an agent who can't use Teamviewer for nearly 2 weeks.
Maybe I'll get luckier here?

I forwarded the ticket to the right department now. Please keep in mind, that responding to an unanswered ticket results in prolonging the respond time.
