Cannot activate legacy business license

I have a TeamViewer 11 legacy license, which I would like to move to another host. I followed the instructions and went to "license" panel in my account, deactivated a host and declared the id of the new licensed host. Then I installed Teamviewer 11 in the new host but it still shows this host as if it was using an evaluation version (in about teamviewer). The host is Windows 2012, so I used the server id that is shown in the about dialog to activate the license (the user id is not accepted as valid in the licensing panel).

Now the trial period expired and I cannot use my license in the new host, neither in the one I deactivated tu transfer the license to this new server.
