I can't find any info in the windows event viewer other than the unexpected shutdown when I manually restart.

Any ideas on how to diagnose or fix this?

Using version 14.3.4730 on Win10 Home v1809, os build 17763.615.

    Hello @cjones7999

    Thank you for your message.

A new version has been updated today with many bug fixes: version 14.4.2669

Could you please update your client and see if the bug still occurs?

    Best regards,

    Hello @cjones7999,

    Thank you for your message.

    Good.

Could you please check, if all the drivers of your graphic card are up to date?

If yes, could you please now test to disable the hardware acceleration?

You will be able to do this in the Advanced options of TeamViewer:

    I hope this will help.

    Cheers

I am having this same issue. I use teamviewer on a enterprise environment and I have one computer that freezes after 10 sec or so and never recovers. I have updated my end and disabled hardware acclereation and nothing works to fix the issue.
