Same ID is showing up on 2 different windows 10 systems

I have a customer that wanted to put TeamViewer on 2 of his systems and once the TV is installed, both systems have the same ID.

TV: 14.3.4730

Windows 10 LTSB

Your customer probably cloned the image of his device.
