Teamviewer V12 crashes on terminal server 2008 R2

We installed teamviewer v12 on terminal server 2008 R2 farm. We encounter random Teamviewer crashes on the servers and then we have to kill the teamviewer process. Besides the crashes it also happens that teamviewer does'nt start. Is there a specific teamviewer terminal server installation needed?
