Business subscription turned into free?
Suddenly our business subscription (renewed in january) shows free at sign in and when I try to connect to another Teamviewer session I get the message : Either your license or your partner's license is blocked. Any help?

@DianeTruyensThis sounds like something I experienced. It was related to late payment for services or it could be an update on your machine meaning you need to sign back in.
Does it not give you any messages as to why it is showing as free? Try signing out and then exiting/closing TeamViewer down completely (check it is not showing in your TaskBar still) and then reopening it and signing back in.

Thanks, you were right. We had two licences but got just one 'extension - invoice'. I phoned and apparently they blocked our two accounts. But as we paid for one account already they agreed to unblock one. Problem solved , thanks for your fast reaction.
