Business subscription turned into free?

Suddenly our business subscription (renewed in january) shows free at sign in and when I try to connect to another Teamviewer session I get the message : Either your license or your partner's license is blocked. Any help?

  • Thanks, you were right. We had two licences but got just one 'extension - invoice'. I phoned and apparently they blocked our two accounts. But as we paid for one account already they agreed to unblock one. Problem solved , thanks for your fast reaction.
