Malicious Installation of TV

I believe TV was installed on my PC with malicious intent.  I did not install TV.  TV just showed up a few months ago.  It appears when my PC is turned on and I must deny it access each time.  TV's appearance can be different from one power-up to the next and is often in Russian.  I have no idea which version of TV is installed; labeld this post with TV 11 just to have something in the label field.  I cannot find any of the files names (programs, etc.) needed to uninstall TV per this site's FAQs.

Any leads as to how I can remove this malicious TV?
