No ID on Mac OSX

I have uninstalled Teamviewer 13 and reinstalled.
I have uninstalled TeamViewer 14 and reinstalled.
Still I get no ID or password displayed :-(

I have read every TOPIC on this ion the Forum here to no avail.

Mac OSX 10.13.6 High Sierra
