Changing User which created the ticket


I would like to know when the functionality to be able to change the end user which created the ticket will be sorted?

I have seen another post ( @DaveGrimmer )asking for this and they said Qtr2/Qtr3 last year but I cannot see this has happened unless I am missing it.

Can anyone help as I would be using this quite a bit when people send emails in to my address rather than support? 

They are currently not able to get notifications so I have to put information into Servicecamp and then also send them a seperate email, or manualy create a ticket on their behalf.
