I am also having this issue, and it seems like unchecking the "Enable integrated system health checks" doesn't work as a fix - Teamviewer has changed/blocked that workaround. So now what?
All my drives have more than 10% available. The closest is one drive which shows 1.46 TB free of 7.27 TB. That's 20% not 10.
