Not receiving confirmation e-mail for new computer, want to change my email address

My account has many computers, and I'm trying to add a new computer.
Unfortunaltely, I'm not receiving the confirmation email. This appears to a a problem with my email provider (yahoo.com), but getting help from them is difficult. (It's not in my spam folder.)
I think changing my email address (e.g., to a gmail address) will fix the problem.
Question: If I do, will I have to change the signin details for all my other computers (a nuisance), or will Teamviewer sort that out?
