I had to reinstall Team Viewer and my partner computer does not show a password

I had to reinstall Team Viewer and the previous password I used for my partner computer is not working and the screen does not show a password only the ID.  How can I reset that password

Any help is greatly appreciated.  Thanks

    Hi @Liz,

    I do not know if I understood your scenario well, but you could try getting to your device through the Web Management Console (https://www.teamviewer.com -> Login)

    This console should show all previously connected devices to your account: from here you should have the option to reset the password for each specific device.

    Let me know if you can solve with this step.
