Good day. We have acquired a license from System Software in Russia. A letter came in the mail with a link to get started. We did not have an account and we created a new one. The profile says that the license is Free. They sent us a license number. When you try to activate a license, it displays a message that this license has been activated for another account. How do we be? In System Software company they said to contact technical support to bind the license to our account.

    I just recognized a typo in your email address that is linked to your license. 

    May I therefore ask you to directly contact my colleagues in the responsible support department via phone?

    They are able to remove the license from the wrong account and link the correct email with the license together with you.
