After assisting a user via remote control TV is asking for a Comment. I have added comments for a long time, but I can not find where these are saved. Where can I find the log and see my comments on each computer?

You will find them only if you created a company profile before.
If you go to the Management Console to one of your groups and click on Connection Reports.
