Error:Partner did not connect to router
Hi,
Everything has been working finr for weeks but tonight I keep getting the error 'Partner did not connect to router'. The laptop is outside that Im trying to connect to and I have confirmed it has internet access ok. I have tried with a PC and my Android to connect to the outside latop but keep getting this error - any ideas?

Thank you for your message.
I recommend you to restart the TeamViewer service on your laptop.
-Execute run, type services.msc and press OK
-Now find TeamViewer, and restart it by doing a right-click.
Then, restart the TeamViewer application. It should work again.

Getting the same error. help
Tried everything. Used **Third Party Product** and **Third Party Product** to see if router working and if Teamviewer got inadvertantly deleted .. It did not not.
I need to be able to use my full program that I want to use is Team Viewer.
no connection to partner.
partner did. not connect to the router
error code: waitforConnectFailed.

also in my icon for remote commuter it shows. red box. yet in the other 2 computers for team viewer- don't see any red box. What is up
