If you are a user within a company profile:
The administrator of your license has probably set up a specific TeamViewer policy for your device. The policy contains the parameter Disable TeamViewer shutdown.
Please contact your company profile administrator for more detailed information.

This restriction is probably set up in your TeamViewer options.
Please check if the option Disable TeamViewer shutdown is unticked (as below):I hope this could help. If not, do not hesitate to ask your questions here.
