11-Sep-19 - Team Viewer 13 for iOS 9

I still use iPad 2, iOS 9, for my remote access to my two Windows 10 computers.  Today, I received a message that I would only be allowed five minutes unless I upgrade to Team Viewer 14.

I can't upgrade to TV 14; it won't download to my iPad 2.  And if I allow my computers to upgrade to TV 14, then my iPad can no longer connect to them.

If I am forced to upgrade to iOS 14, then I am effectively shut out of Team Viewer and might as well delete it.  All of it.

Is there a better answer?

    Hello @Cheapskate0

    Thank you for your message.

Another user has the same issue with his MacOS device.

Please find our statement to this here: Re: Stuck on v13 due to older Mac software needs

This applies also for iOS devices (and for any kind of devices/operating systems).

Note: The iPad 2 has a 32-bit processor. TeamViewer 14 only supports iOS devices with a 64-bit processor. This means, your iPad 2 is not compatible with the free use of TeamViewer.

I thank you in advance for your understanding.

    Cheers,

    Jean
