Unattended Access Password on Mac
I am trying to set a password for unattended access on my Mac and after typing in the same password in both password boxes (password and confirm), the length of the password reverts to 8 black dots. I am thinking that there is a password stored that cannot be changed. I can delete the password so nothing is in either box, but once i trying to add a password it automatically goes to 8 characters. how can I get the password I want?

Hi @Richp
Thank you for your post.
As TeamViewer would always display black dots to replace the actual password for safety and security reasons, it will remain as black dots even after you have changed and saved the password.
Hope this explanation will erase your confusion.
