Control Remote Computer GUI not showing

I've installed Teamviewer 14.6.2452 H on my Xubuntu 18.04 laptop and, although it appears to have installed OK, the Show status dialog is only displaying the "Allow Remote Control" area - there is no "Control Remote Computer" area (which I need).

I've tried resizing the window but it only moves, does not resize.

Any help on this would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Thanks Roland. I think you've hit the nail on the head there. It occurred to me as a possibility shortly after I posted, but it's helpful to know that someone else agrees.

    I had downloaded and installed using

    Ubuntu, Debian

    *.deb package 14.6.2452
    ↓ x86 64bit ↓ x86 32bit

    from https://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/linux/

    so I don't know how I ended up with TV Host rather than TV?

    Hi @Gobmeister ,

    Thank you for your post.

    Please uninstall the Host module and install Full version from here.
    (Please also check if your OS is supported.)

    Already done and sorted. Thank you. I think the link I originally downloaded from was incorrect. I ended up installing version 13 and then upgrading to 14 from within the software.
