Connection to Mac only shows top menu
When I connect to Mac from a Windows 10 PC, using Teamviewer 14.6.4835, it connects but I only see the top menu in the mac. The rest of the screen is dark grey. I can actually click on the screen and see that menu change when I select a different window in the background,, but I cannot see that window

I kindly recommend to read our manual for granting acces on a Mac computer: How to control a Mac running macOS 10.14 or higher
This should help in your case.

Same here, this is really fustrating. I already gave all permissions last time when I was on client MAC.

Same, it's super weird, bcause it worked fine until the day before yesterday and when I look at the Connection Info, everything is allowed except scripts, which require confirmation...
Yet I still only see the top bar and can't do anything!
