Canceling my subscription and getting a refund

Hi,

It's a bit frustrating on how I can cancel my subscription. I tried to call your support and just waited 30mins for nothing because the representative just told me to submit a ticket. Checking your website there is no way for me to submit a ticket on how I can cancel an order.

 

Please help.

    I have the same problem.

    I call to TeamViewer and one person tell me, don't worry I am gonna send you an email. you only need answer to me with the information I want to cancel my plan.

    But the problem is I wait for an email that never came.
