Remove unknown unattended Password from previous MSP
We have just onboarded a new customer and are trying to install team viewer with unattended access. The issues we have is that the previous MSP also used this and have left their installation in place. When we are trying to implement our unattended access, the system is remembering the previous MSP's password.
We have tried to un-install/re-install team viewer but the unattended password from the previous MSP is still in place upon re-installation.
Is there a way in which we can remove the previous MSP's unattended access without knowing the password? - the current situation is that the previous MSP will not engage with the customer any more.
Thanks in advance

Hi @Johnwarb
Thanks for your post.
Do you have access to the TeamViewer options of that device?
In this case, you can remove the black dots indicating the password under Extras --> Options --> Security.
Please see also additional information about the password for unattended access here: Password for unattended access
I hope this information helps you.
