I bought TeamViewer 11, trying to install in another remote client sends a message showing wrong activation code... could you please help me?

Can you kindly check out the license key from your TeamViewer invoice please, then try the license activation again by TeamViewer -> Extras -> Activate license -> input license key. Please note that the license key can only be used on the same version of license key (TeamViewer 11 license on TeamViewer 11 software) and including '-' (dash).
