Blackscreen on tibia when acess the teamviewer on my iphone

Hello people. I need some help there, when i acess my pc by the teamviewer/iphone to do somethings in the game tibia, after 1/2 minutes, the screen of the game become black, thats blackscreen appear only in the tibia, if i change to youtube, minimize all screens, the game in the pc do not take the black screen.. its all ok.
i get the update of my mother board, update of vga, minor update inside the team viewer.
what more can i do?

I got this aswell but i get blackscreen from the start, did you get a fix for this problem?
