Error: You established and aborted connections too frequently?

Im running Team Viewer 12 free license. I have lately got connections issues in the sessions with aborted connection happenning on the log in.

Now i suddenly got this frustrating error and the program does not tell me how much time i have to wait for.

Can help me?
