Not receiving mail to trust browser
Hello, I have a corporate account that has a payed license but did not get the mail to trust the browser or any device i try to login. When i try to login the browser pops up this:
To ensure the continued security of your account, you need to first confirm this browser is a trusted device. We have sent you a confirmation email containing a device authorization link. If you don't receive this verification email within a reasonable amount of time, please check your junk or spam folder.
When i look through my mail (inbox, spam, junk) nothing received. and i cannot login to the management console.
Can you please help me with this. I will provide the e-mail address for that account privately when someone from staff reaches out.
