Purchased Commercial License - Still I get blocked from connecting to my computers
I purchased a commercial license. When I connect to my servers and to different users, I get a message indicating that I am no using this product for private use. This product evidently can not detect when a license has been purchased. I just tried to login to my server to provide support, and now the product is blocking me and shutting down my connection with an error message telling me to buy a license. Can someone tell me what needs to be done so that all of my devices/computers that I have TeamViewer 11 installed on will stop giving me this annoying message and let me connect and stop blocking me?
