frozen screen

when i was using quickbooks while remotely logged on with Teamviewer, my screen froze. I was unable to click on anything in quickbooks. It was working fine until I switched from multiuser mode to single user mode. Can you help me to unfreeze it? I rebooted my computer but it did not help. I am using Windows 10
