Cannot change e-mail address in Management Console
I've tried to change the email address on my corporate account, but I receive the message:
Your E-Mail address has recently been changed to: {new email address}. Until this address is validated, the old address will be shown in the E-Mail field
I never receive a validation email to the new email addresss, and I have verified that the new email address is working and is receiving email from outside addressess. Who do I contact for assistance with getting the new email address validated?

Thank you for posting.
There should be aN email notification sent to your NEW email account for verification. Can you kindly check the junk/spam folder in your NEW email address please. Once you verify the email address and you are able to use the new email account to login to TeamViewer Management Console, and the new email address displayed in your user profile, the change of email address will be completed.
Or simply contact TeamViewer Support Team for further assistance and confirmation.
