Employee linked to company and still no licence (non-commercial use)

My director added me to the company account, still my interface states that it's a free licence for non commercial use

Can you kindly forward and check the KB article - Add users to your company profile to make sure that all the steps are correct during the license activation process please. Please be cautious on adding new user and existing user as the steps are slightly different.
