Both computers are running MacOS Sierra I am attempting to do a remote reboot but that feature is greyed out. What can I do to resolve this issue?
I have the same problem on two Ubuntu 18.04 machines. Teamviewers on both are the newest version (15.6.7)
Just to confirm:
I am having the same problem and the only user on this particular iMac is the Administrator
I am not super familiar with Mac but I would guess that this has to do with the authority level that teamviewer is being run under. Does the user that teamviewer was installed under, or is running under have administrative permissions on the Mac?
I'm also having the same issue, Actions - Remote reboot is greyed out.
Need a fix teamviewer!
