I submitted a couple of support tickets the other day for the free version and want to cancel them. I'm moving on from TeamViewer and don't want to waste anyone's time. How can I go about canceling the tickets?

Thank you for your post and we are sorry to hear that.
Unfortunately, there isn't a way to cancel your support ticket once you have submitted.You can simply ignore the reply from our support team if you do not need it.
However I would like to say if you change your mind and want to start using TeamViewer again feel free to contact us.
