Launch automatic connection via URI

Good morning,

I am trying to create a link on my Windows desktop in order to launch TeamViewer directly on a specific remote PC in my contact list. Is possible to do that via URI? 

My purpose is to open the connection automatically: I'd like to write something like "teamviewer://myuser:myusername@mail.com&mypassword=mypassword&remoteID=123456789&remotePassword=123456789".

How can I do that?

I wholeheartedly agree: I'd like to create a link on my website that launches TeamViewer for my clients so they can request a TV session with me.
