Teamviewer 13 - Unable to use QuickSupport afte recent update

Dear Teamviewer,
We have an issue where we are unable to connect to our existing quicksupport on Mac OS clients after the latest update we are using version 13.
Hope someone could provide us with a solution so we kan keep using the product.

In order to assist you with a better possible solution, can you kindly provide the error message or screenshot of the problem if you ever get one, the current operating system and TeamViewer version on both devices please.
