teamviewer 13 business edition no license move left over

Hi we get No license moves left , we cannot use teamviewer anymore why? we also found https://community.teamviewer.com/t5/Previous-versions-EN/deactivate-does-not-work/td-p/32641 but we cannot revert it to 10.

We also created the ticker #33286003  since 9 days but none call us back or even reply. Also we are trying 3 days now to call the support team and the AVR responding with {"you are currently calling number 3"} for more than 13 minutes. Then on 15 minute the phone is always hanging up! what's going on? Is this is the support of teamviewer? I am really really aware IF i am going to to upgrade to newer version.
