Hello,
I apologize for posting this here but I could not for the life of me figure out how to submit an actual support ticket on this website...
Anyways, I have purchased a commercial license via invoice. The invoice was paid on January 6 (proof of purchase available for the support technician) and our license is still blocked for non-payment.
Can anyone from TeamViewer help us out here?
