Backup Admin Account for TwoFactor

Hi, we are looking at adding two-factor authentication to our administrator account for TeamViewer, but wondered if it is possible to have a second Admin account for backup in case something happens to the primary.  Our techs all have two-factor enabled - is there a way to make a tech an admin of the account for backup?

Thank you for your message.

Using a backup generic account is exatcly what we recommend to do. However, we do not recommend to use a technician account for the master backup account. We recommend to use a non personal account.
