Forgot Password Locked?
One of our employees recently left and we need to get into his teamviewer account. We have his e-mail and are trying to use the Forgot Password option to login, but I think we made too many attempts (we tried 20+ times to use that function as it worked before, before we realized we never re-enabled his e-mail). Now it won't send us the password to the e-mail. Is there any chance it's locked on the TeamViewer side because it thought it was a DoS attack?
If so how do we remedy this as we already gave it 24 hours.
