Remote use of my Teamviewer

I currently use teamviewer in my business to connect my programmers directly to customers which works fine.   However I have a new customer i simply can not trust.   

I would like to sit in the middle of the communications.   Have my programmer connect to my computer then my computer take remote control of the customers computer so the customer does not note the address and try to contact the programmer by sending a private message.   

Is this possible with TV?

Thank you for your message.

There is, unfortunately, no such feature that allows what you describe.

However, the fact that this untrustful customer seems and know the TeamViewer ID of your programmer is not an issue. As long as he does not know the password of the TeamViewer client your programmer, he won't be able to connect to him.
