Device is offline in Patches

Hi,

I'm trying the Monitornig & Asseto Management and I activated the service on 4 servers. In the Patches section there are several updates, but I cannot select any of them... The main error is "the selected device is offline" but it is not true...

Is ther something I can do?

Thank you for your feedback,
Patches which are listed in "Patch" tab will be grey out if all devices which have that patch are offline or the patch itsfel is not remotely deployable. For both cases we are displaying appropriate tooltip. In case if at least one of your 4 devices is online and the tick is still grey out with device is offline notification please open a ticket and together with our support colleagues support we will have a look at the described situation and fixes will come for sure.
