Teamviewer crashes on connect remote Mac OS X

Teamviewer has been work on my machines for a long time.  It was working thid AM.  I installed Citrix Reciever and it now crashes when I connect to a remote with buttons ignore reopen and report.  No matter which opsion I chose it reopens and I still do not connect.  On the remote system, I have multiple open sessions from the bad MAC.  I have unistalled the citrix reciever, and uninstalled and reinstalled teamviewer.  Still have the same problem. I also uninstalled with "Appcleaner and Unistall"  No Luck.

Please advise.

    Hi everybody,
    I don't the same problem since last Wednesday or thurday whereas i have not do any changes in my configuration.
    And up to today, after uninstalling and reinstalling teamviewer 12, i always have the problem. Its crashs when it tried to be authentified to the partner machine.

    And when we installed teamviewer 11, it asks to update it before connecting the computers having teamviewer 12.
    Please all help and assistance will be really appreciated.

    Until I find an answer, I have set up 2 machines with zoho desktop.  Not as efficeint as teamviewer, but it is a short term workaround.  [link removed]

    I tried Zoho, it's ok but I need my Teamviewer back!! Anyone have any idea when this might be resolved??

    Same thing here. I've reinstalled latest teamviewer on my mac, but any attempt to connect out fails with a crash.

    Teamviewer is currently completely useless until this gets resolved somehow. HELP?

    I am having the same problem with any outgoing connection on macOS Sierra. iOS outgoing connections to my windows 7 and 10 machines work perfectly. macOS Sierra's Teamviewer crashes instantly, even after a clean re-install and reboot. This only started happening recently, maybe a week or two ago.

    No solution... I"ve tried to clean teamviewer folder in Library and create new user in OS and still the problem persists.

    Please install the older version of TV12 12.0.72647.

    I found it on uptodown .

    Hey Teamviewr support , please make it available on the official site until you fix the latest version.

    Hi

    Where can I find the previous version?

    I am running 12.0.78517 and the crash is persistant across all my machines.

    Frustrating as **bleep** as I can not submit a support ticket directly to TV.

    Thank you, you're right.

    TV is working fine with that version.

    Weird thing is that I'm working with two macs with the same OS 10.10, and TV works fine with the latest version in one of them and not working at all (since now) with the other one.

    Working one: Imac 27 2009

    Non-working one: Mac Mini i5 2,6

    The one step older version 12.0.72647 working for me to on mac mini 7.1 osx 10.10.5

    I have problems with connecting from mac mini 7.1 with osx 10.10.5 to other machines (windows, linux, mac, android) on TV12 12.0.78517.

    From the same model 7.1 but with osx 10.12.4 all's fine and i have no issues with newest/current version of TV.

    Why don't you check if you have firewall active and disable it for the test?

    I'm having a similar problem. 

    TV on remote machine fails to launch, but I'm still connected and able to do things. It tries over and fails, repeat ad infinitum. 

    Running 2010 Mac Pro connecting to a 2013 Mac Pro, both are same OS 10.12.5, and same TV version 12.0.78517. I've uninstalled and reinstalled on both machines. 

    Any help is appreciated, thanks!

    Please uninstall the current version and isntall the one from my previous post .

    TV12 have automatic update on by default .

    Once done update the preferences to have no automatic updates or you will end up with the latest buggy version .

    I had the same problem on my Mac Pro remote computer... As soon as I'd connect to the Mac Pro, Teamviewer would quit 'unexpectedly', relaunch and crash again, perpetually and annoyingly. Apperently the problem was in "thread 11". No idea what that means but yeah, that's what it said.

    I was still able to control the remote computer regardless of the problem so that was a blessing. I installed *bleep* so I could connected to the Mac Pro from there. Then I killed all teamviewer processes in Activity Monitor, uninstalled Teamviewer, installed version 12-0-72647 and turned off automatic updates. Seems to be working for now. So thanks for the solution! Hopefully Teamviewer can address this problem with their next update, cause it would make me feel safer if I could keep Teamviewer up-to-date.

    BTW, the problem was on a 2013 Mac Pro and Yosemite. My 2010 Mac Pro, also Yosemite, has no trouble with the latest TV 12.0.78517.

    The problem seems to be related to audio. If you go into the preferences, once you click on the audio tab Team Viewer will crash.
