License is already activated on another company

HI !

We have a premium account and I want to start adding users through Management Console UserManagement. But it seems I first need to a company profile. 

But when I try to add a company profile I get the error message "License is already activated on another company". But I don't know to which company profile my account belongs since somebody else bought the license.

So how can I know to which company profile my license belongs ?

    Thanks for your question!

    The easiest way would be to get in contact with your IT department or the department using TeamViewer the most. They might be able to add you to the company profile.
