Payed for Teamviewer but account still saying free.

Hi, I payed for Teamviewer license, but the account is still saying free.

I clicked on the activation link, but it says it is assciated with another account.

Please help.

Yes, I am. You sent me the activation e-mail to the same adress.

Are you sure you are trying to login with the email you paid for? Could you give attention if exist another email in the contract details?
