Additional license, problem after update from v.7 to v.9

hi, I have a main 1 channel business license and an add on license. when i had teamviewer 7 they both worked. since the automatic ugrade from version 7 to version 9 was made the main license works while the additional license does not. how can i solve? Thank you for answer.
